16 Weeks

We went to the doctor yesterday and everything is still looking great. I lost a pound this month, which was a huge shock considering how tight my clothes are getting. The nurse told me that the baby is just gaining all that weight. The heart beat was very loud, clear, and easy to find this time. It is such a great feeling when you hear that little heart beat and know that everything is going well. The heart rate was 160 and according to an old wive's tale, that means it is a girl, but we'll see. April 7th is the big day when we find out if we will be buying lots of blue or lots of pink!

Week 15

Things are still going well. If everything goes as it should at the ultrasound, we should know 5 weeks from tomorrow if we are going to have a little boy or girl. At first I thought for sure that the baby was a boy, but now I have no strong feelings either way. We will be thrilled either way :)
